| With Ratzlaff we felt we got the creativity and the outcome of the expense remodelers and a great value; it was a bulls eye for us. They took the time to understand our lifestyle and family situation, and catered a plan to meet those. Their creativity helped us produce a basement that;

It was designed with our future in mind, the stage can be removed & space transitioned into a home theater, the shower can be modified to become a steam bath and the office turned into a bedroom as the kids get older. It looks great, was planned for now & future needs and truly exceeded our expectations”.

| I never imagined that I would ever build a home/townhouse. When I lost my husband in 2007, I decided
that our large 4 bedroom home was too big for me. Two years later I decided that I would sell and
hopefully move into a townhome or condo… something that was one floor of living space.
When I began to look for townhomes/condos I was disapinted to find that there wasn’t much out
there for me to consider. I happened to look at one of the Ratzlaff townhome models, just to see what
new construction looked like, and I liked what I saw.
My realtor set up a meeting with Colleen Ratzlaff the next week. As I talked with Colleen I started
realizing that MAYBE building might be an option for me! Colleen was extremely helpful and
knowledgeable about the building process and after talking with me for about 30 minutes was able to
come up with a floor plan that she knew I would love. From that moment on, I was certain that I could
handle a build!
And I could not have been more right! The entire process, from signing the contract to move in day
was an unbelievably itive experience. Colleen and her staff know how to help people without being
intimidating – and most imrtantly, the entire staff AS WELL AS ALL THE SUBCONTRACTORS, were kind
and helpful. They always treated me and my build as if it was the most imrtant project they had and
I know they were busy with several other projects – many much larger than mine – and yet they were
always prompt and helpful with any question I had.
To me the most imrtant part of building was the courteous treatment given to me as a client – and
throughout the entire process this was true. Holly and Chad’s follow-through and prompt resnses
made the selection process a breeze – I appreciated their honesty and expertise. I appreciated the
ease in which I was helped with the selection process in all the areas – flooring, lighting, fixtures, paint,
tile, counters, cabinets, etc. They were all very helpful and courteous and all did an outstanding job of
listening to my preferences.
I have been in my townhome for almost a year now and I could not be more pleased. One last word of
praise for the whole process is that there have been a few minor issues and I have gotten immediate
resnse and action from the Ratzlaff team. A true testament to quality work – start to finish!
